Franz Kafka and contemporary artists: Jan van Oost & Alexander Tinei

How does literature inspire contemporary artist to create their own work? How do language and text find their way into their work, and what other artistic genres does they enjoy combining? How has their view of Kafka's work changed over the years?

The work of more than thirty internationally renowned artists in the KAFKAesque exhibition shows that Kafka's work, with its references to existential fears and personal anxieties, is highly relevant to our times. The exhibiting artists Jan van Oost and Alexander Tinei will discuss their relationship to Franz Kafka's work, literature and visual art with exhibition curator Otto M. Urban on board the airship Gulliver.

How much is the ticket? Admission to the programme 180 CZK | Combined admission to the programme and the KAFKAesque exhibition 350 CZK
