The travelling panel exhibition will showcase a total of 39 locations significantly connected to the life and work of Franz Kafka. One third of the panels will be dedicated to Prague, one third to other locations in the Czech lands, and one third to places in other European countries (e.g., the place of his death — Kierling near Klosterneuburg). Also unique is the use of historical photographs that depict the locations as Franz Kafka saw and experienced them. The photographs will be complemented by a brief description of the place and a relevant quote from Kafka’s work.
