Program
The exhibition project entitled KAFKAESQUE focuses on the reflection of Franz Kafka's work and poetics in contemporary visual art. The works of three dozen internationally famous artists show that Kafka's work, with its references to existential fears and personal anxieties, is highly relevant to our times. The aim of this exhibition is not to erect new monuments that repeat old clichés, but to reflect on Kafka's work from the perspective of today's world, which is at a point where the old no longer exists and the new has not yet been born. The Agon Orchestra and Načeva & Tomáš Vtípil will perform at the opening.
