Program
In contrast to his novels, many of Franz Kafka's stories were published during his lifetime: the public was largely irritated by the mysteriousness and ambiguity of these stories. And even today, Kafka's literary masterpieces remain difficult to understand in their complexity. The lecture series explores the question of how Kafka's typical narrative style is particularly evident in the short form and in his miniatures.
